Senior Sales Specialist for Product Solutions

As a Senior Sales Specialist for Product Solutions, you will serve as the primary liaison for Exclusive Networks, fostering connections across all tiers of the vendor organization while facilitating reseller initiatives and opportunity development. Your role will involve close collaboration with the business unit to enhance the channel through both established and emerging reseller partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess the vendor's position within the current vendor ecosystem, identifying areas of synergy and competition.
- Generate end-user opportunities for Exclusive Networks.
- Strive to meet both personal and team objectives.
- Provide training and support to the Exclusive Networks team, ensuring that all accreditations are current.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to oversee key accounts.
- Coordinate partner meetings in conjunction with internal and external sales teams.
- Actively engage with Exclusive Networks and vendor marketing teams to:
- Recruit, train, and motivate new resellers.
- Create lead generation initiatives with resellers.
- Execute sales and technical training programs.
- Manage the vendor's pipeline, loan processes, and stock profile.
- Ensure that internal systems reflect up-to-date vendor pricing, marketing materials, discount structures, and procedures.
- Prepare monthly sales forecasts and performance statistics.
- Implement and drive quarterly business strategies.
- Assist partners in onboarding through comprehensive training and enablement.
- Deliver ongoing training to partners regarding new product releases and competitive positioning.
- Support vendor-centric initiatives, including end-user events and focus days.
- Regularly visit resellers and maintain strong relationships with account managers.
- Must be within commuting distance of the designated offices.
