Thorn Baker Construction is collaborating with a prominent Housing Developer that is expanding its workforce due to a series of new projects.

We are in search of a skilled Residential Sales Consultant to become part of our dynamic team. With a commitment to exceptional standards in design, construction, and customer service, this role offers a chance to work with a highly successful organization boasting over 85 years of industry experience across the UK.

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary up to £35,000 plus an uncapped commission structure
  • Fuel allowance

  • Quarterly and annual performance bonuses
  • Work schedule: Thursday to Monday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales objectives through effective negotiation and plot sales.
  • Handle on-site administrative tasks to ensure a smooth purchasing process.
  • Maintain high-quality show home presentations, adhering to the utmost health and safety standards.
  • Foster and sustain positive relationships with clients.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in new build sales, either with a developer or in estate agency.
  • Strong sales techniques and familiarity with relevant legal terminology.
  • Solid understanding of lenders and the financial elements involved in home purchasing.
  • Proficient in IT, particularly within the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Possession of a full UK driving license.
