Technical Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Technical Coordinator to join our team at Randstad UK Holding. As a Technical Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Technical Director and contributing to the success of our housing development projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce accurate and detailed information in line with project programs and budgets.
  • Verify information from various sources for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Liaise with the Head of Technical to allocate resources and meet business objectives.
  • Continuously improve product quality, buildability, and commerciality.
  • Agree and monitor fees and budgets with the Head of Technical and Commercial Department.
  • Manage and appoint external consultants to provide required information.
  • Provide necessary Health & Safety information.
  • Respond to queries and problems in a timely manner to meet business objectives.
  • Supply technical, planning, and architectural information to facilitate land purchase.
  • Provide technical information for production, commercial, and sales departments.
  • Proactively manage the planning process to secure permissions.
  • Procure engineering, utility, and infrastructure design and cost.
  • Provide relevant Health & Safety information.
  • Efficiently deal with internal and external queries.
  • Proactively evaluate regulatory, product, and working method changes and opportunities.
  • Provide setting out and land surveying services.
Requirements:
  • Previous Technical Coordinator experience.
  • Previous Residential experience.
  • Planning and coordinating skills.
  • Experience working within the construction industry.
