Head of Product

We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Insurance team's product development and commercial management. As Head of Product, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create customer-centric, commercially attractive products and services that drive business growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing the product growth strategy, aligning with the organization's mission, vision, and values
  • Managing the commercial results of a large and complex business unit or product line, analyzing customer and market trends, and optimizing resource allocation
  • Leading and communicating the product strategy, breaking down actions needed to implement it, and inspiring teams to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify customer needs, gathering and analyzing complex customer data, and developing specifications for customer requirements

Key skills and experience required:

  • Customer Focus: Builds strong customer relationships and delivers customer-centric solutions
  • Commercial Acumen: Acts as the organization's authority and expert in developing solutions based on business environment and objectives
  • Product Management & Development: Applies expertise to manage and develop all aspects of a product or service to maximum impact and value in the market
  • Strategic Mindset: Sees ahead to future possibilities and translates them into breakthrough strategies
  • Managerial Experience: Experience of interpreting strategy and policy to set and deliver objectives within medium to long time frames
