Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Supervisor to join our team at Concept Technical Resources. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of ductwork and electrical services on various projects, ensuring high-quality execution and adherence to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage site works daily, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Review designs for installation feasibility and implement appropriate solutions to meet project requirements.
  • Identify and resolve on-site issues, proposing effective solutions to minimize delays and costs.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, client supervisors, sub-contractors, and team members to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage site inventory and report material needs to ensure timely delivery and minimize stockouts.
  • Support project completion and timely resolution of snagging to meet client expectations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement within your area of expertise, identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implementing changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • CSCS Gold Card (Skilled Worker or Supervisor)
  • WIMES compliance experience
  • Clean driving licence

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of the Water and Construction Industries
  • Expertise in ductwork or electrical services
