Job DetailsSite Manager - Oxford, UK Construction North

As a seasoned construction professional, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a large-scale project site, ensuring safe and efficient execution. Your expertise will be instrumental in managing the site setup, coordinating with the onsite team, and maintaining quality control procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the onsite team, including subcontractors, engineers, and management, to coordinate and manage all activities
  • Plan and oversee the site setup, ensuring the necessary facilities are in place prior to project launch
  • Ensure adherence to HSEQS protocols at all times, taking ownership of site safety and compliance
  • Maintain quality control procedures, reporting to the Regional Director
Requirements:
  • Flexibility to travel across Ireland and the UK regularly
  • Completed a third-level qualification
  • 5+ years of experience in construction management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience managing key stakeholder relationships
