The Role of a Spa Concierge

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Spa Concierge to join our team. As a Spa Concierge, you will be responsible for managing the guest's journey around the Spa and maintaining the ambience in the pool areas.

You will have an eye for detail and be able to help our guests make the most of their experience in our thermal spa. Your warm and welcoming personality will be essential in providing a first-class service to all our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage the guest's journey around the Spa, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  2. Maintain the ambience in the pool areas, ensuring a relaxing and peaceful environment.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Work closely with the Spa team to ensure that all guests receive a high level of service and attention.
  5. Contribute to the overall success of the Spa, by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
