The Role of a Concierge

As a Concierge, you will develop a rapport with our guests by providing high standards of service and care. You will meet our guests with a smile, escort them to their room, provide luggage assistance, and respond to guest inquiries that enhance their stay in Bath.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide exceptional customer service and care to our guests
  2. Meet and greet guests, escort them to their room, and provide luggage assistance
  3. Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  4. Develop a rapport with guests and build relationships to enhance their stay
