Overview

With a passion for engaging with individuals and a commitment to delivering exceptional service, you will greet and assist our patrons in the store, addressing any inquiries they may have.

Compensation: £11.50 per hour

Employment Type: Permanent Position

Annual Hours: 780 hours per year.

This position operates on an annualized hours basis, meaning your monthly working hours may fluctuate, yet your salary will be distributed in consistent payments.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate, you will assist customers with their shopping needs and provide guidance on their purchases. Additional responsibilities may include receiving, unpacking, and organizing deliveries, creating attractive displays, and collaborating with team members to maintain a tidy and organized sales floor. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service and eager to expand their knowledge of retail operations.
