Job Title: Head of Human Resources

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Human Resources to join our team at The Multiplayer Group (MPG). As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our People function and ensuring that we operate an efficient, supportive, proactive, and modern People function with the support of a fantastic team.

About the Role

The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing our People strategy, ensuring alignment with our business goals and objectives.
  • Leading and coaching the People team, ensuring they are well-supported and growing within their roles.
  • Monitoring team engagement scores and responding to any changes that may enhance the wellbeing or motivation of the team.
  • Utilizing data sources to continually monitor and respond to key data metrics.
  • Providing monthly updates to our Senior Leadership Team on People metrics and highlighting anything that needs escalation.
  • Acting as a business partner to the Senior Leadership and Management team, supporting them with insights, employee relations support as required.
Key Responsibilities

The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience within a similar role with software and/or tech industries.
  • Experience in managing and developing an international workforce and understanding of the need for clear communication and consistency wherever possible.
  • Track record delivering in a fast-moving, dynamic environment where things can change quickly and the right solution to a problem is often ambiguous.
  • Comfortable acting as a coach, line manager, and advisor to employees at all levels of the business on People-related issues.
  • Analytical, with the ability to gather and interpret data, but not afraid to make decisions based on logic or experience.
