About the Role

Vision for Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Mental Health Assistant to join our team in a specialist school in Berkeley.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs in a small-class setting
  • Assist with educational, social, and emotional development
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to ensure individualized support
Requirements
  • Caring, supportive, and nurturing personality
  • Experience working with children, young people, or vulnerable adults
  • Relevant experience working with those with social, emotional, or mental health needs
  • Patient, caring, and adaptable to each young person's needs
