Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture robust relationships with media representatives, VIPs, and influencers.
- Formulate strategies for the product portfolio, aligning with the overarching brand vision while tailoring approaches to achieve significant outcomes in the UK and Ireland.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement comprehensive product launch strategies.
- Oversee agency management for paid influencer initiatives, establish KPIs, and maximize the organic impact of planned activities.
- Manage the PR activity schedule and budget for the brand portfolio, ensuring alignment with the marketing launch timeline.
- Elevate the visibility of both the company and its brand portfolio through high-quality editorial coverage, innovative content, and events.
- Lead and contribute to cross-brand initiatives.
- Address all media and influencer inquiries regarding brand information or product requests.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of five years of experience in a similar capacity within the luxury beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or fragrance sectors.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to build relationships in a dynamic environment.
- Strong commercial awareness.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in collaborating with brands and fostering relationships with editorial and influencer contacts.
