We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Consultant to join our team at Trip.Biz. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client travel booking inquiries, providing exceptional service, and maintaining strong relationships with clients' travel managers and travellers.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage clients' travel booking inquiries via email, phone, and chat channels
- Demonstrate exceptional service attitude when addressing travellers' inquiries
- Maintain sound relationships with clients' travel managers and travellers
- Provide clients with optimal travel plans and recommendations (balancing cost, time, and convenience)
- Handle booking, modifying, and cancelling of air tickets, hotels, car rentals, airport transfers, railways, and other related services
- Work closely with team or business leaders to gather a comprehensive understanding of their requirements
- Diploma or relevant qualification
- Experience in operating GDS - Amadeus is preferred
- Proficiency in Business-level English, in both oral and written communication
- At least 1 year of experience in a travel management or B2B (group service) company, with a strong understanding of the business travel industry
- Able to assist clients in a possible face-to-face consultation
- Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and teamwork skills
- Strong aptitude for rapid learning, highly receptive to training, and open to constructive feedback
- Excellent verbal and written English
