Job Summary:

TLTP Education is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join our team at an Outstanding Primary School in Lewisham. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the teacher and pupils in the classroom, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general support for the teacher and all pupils within the classroom
  • Assist with lesson planning and preparation
  • Support children in their learning process, building relationships and promoting social skills
  • Contribute to a happy, inclusive, and creative environment where children thrive

Requirements:

  • Experience as an EYFS Teaching Assistant or in working with children
  • Ability to build relationships with pupils and support their learning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive school environment
