Level 3 Teaching Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our team at a popular primary school in Lewisham. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the EYFS framework and its implementation, and will be passionate about providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for our new cohort of children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities to promote children's learning and development.
  • Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents to support their growth.
  • Provide one-on-one support to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) when required, using a person-centered approach to meet their individual needs.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: CACHE Level 3 in Early Years Education or equivalent.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and its implementation.
  • Desirable: Experience working with children with SEN within an EYFS setting.
