Job Overview

Are you seeking a flexible part-time opportunity to enhance your earnings? Are you available consistently on Thursdays? Our team is looking for dedicated individuals to assist in the placement of point-of-sale (POS) materials and in-store displays for a leading retailer. This role involves an average commitment of 1 hour per week per location, with compensation set at £13.56 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay) plus agreed mileage reimbursements.

Responsibilities include:

You will be responsible for positioning POS materials in designated areas of the store to support various brands. It is crucial to ensure complete coverage of all placements, and you will be required to document and report your work through an online application upon completion.

Typical tasks during a visit include:

Signing in at the store and introducing yourself to key personnel Collaborating with store staff to locate the POS materials that have been delivered Installing promotional materials such as bollard covers, promotional barkers, blinkers, gondola end displays, and other POS items in pre-designated sections of the store. Note that the use of a stepladder may be necessary to place materials at elevated positions.

Essential qualifications for this position are:

Availability to visit the assigned store every Thursday Completion of tasks between 6am and 7pm on Thursdays (specific hours will vary weekly, but you will be informed in advance) Ownership of a smartphone (Android or Apple) for reporting purposes Comfort with using a stepladder to place materials at height Proficiency in navigating and utilizing an app-based reporting system Willingness to work in-store, which may involve moving heavier boxes of POS materials Strong communication and relationship-building skills Previous experience with POS materials is essential
