About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialty Doctor to join our team at Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert assessments and treatment for patients with first episode psychosis
  • Work closely with care coordinators, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service-wide initiatives to improve patient outcomes and experience
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of team goals and objectives

Requirements

  • Medical degree and GMC registration
  • 4 years postgraduate experience and 2 years experience in psychiatry
  • S12 certification (desirable)
