About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Buyer to join our team at Success Talent, a leading online fashion retailer. As a Buyer, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing high-quality knitwear, swimwear, and beachwear products that meet our customers' needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement buying strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers
  • Conduct market research and trend analysis to stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform buying decisions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in buying or merchandising roles in the fashion industry
  • Strong knowledge of knitwear, swimwear, and beachwear products and trends

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
