Senior Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial team in Leicester. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring contractual control and cost management across a wide range of projects in the East Region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all commercial aspects of projects, including contractual control and cost management
  • Work closely with the production team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Provide expert advice on contractual terms and conditions
  • Prepare and present cost value reports to senior management
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor
  • GCSEs in Maths and English
  • General knowledge of contractual terms within construction
  • Excellent PC skills, particularly in Excel
  • Strong mathematical ability
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
