Senior Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial team in Leicester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all commercial aspects of projects across the East Region, ensuring the highest standards and maintaining our strong reputation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage contractual control and cost management across a wide range of projects
  • Work closely with our production team to ensure project delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions
  • Produce high-quality cost value reports and other commercial documents
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor
  • GCSEs in Maths and English
  • Excellent PC skills, particularly in Excel
  • Strong mathematical ability and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
