Counter Manager/Lead

Job Overview
The Counter Manager/Counter Lead is a key role within our Clinique team, responsible for driving sales turnover and market share through exceptional customer service and retail standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Maximise sales through effective selling, customer engagement, and visual merchandising
- Contribute to operational efficiencies by adhering to company procedures and guidelines
- Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer
- Manage daily replenishment, stock movements, and associated administration
- Ensure all health and safety responsibilities are met, and operational activities achieve a minimum overall grading of 'Acceptable' during audits
- Identify trends and make suggestions to enhance product performance
Requirements
- Experience in a fast-paced retail and/or consumer-facing environment
- Ability to drive self-development and commercial understanding
- Effective communication, organisation, and prioritisation skills
