Job Title: Senior CBT Therapist

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior CBT Therapist to join our team at NELFT NHS Foundation Trust. As a Senior CBT Therapist, you will play a key role in leading our Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) team and providing clinical supervision to our therapists.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior CBT Therapist to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality CBT services to our patients. As a Senior Therapist, you will be responsible for leading the CBT team, providing clinical supervision, and managing a small caseload of clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the CBT team and provide clinical supervision to therapists
  • Manage a small caseload of clients
  • Develop and implement CBT services to meet the needs of our patients
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Contribute to the development of CBT policies and procedures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or equivalent
  • Experience of working as a Senior Therapist in a CBT team
  • Excellent leadership and clinical supervision skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
