Job Title: Senior CBT Therapist

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior CBT Therapist to join our team at NELFT NHS Foundation Trust. As a Senior CBT Therapist, you will play a key role in leading our Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) services and working closely with our team to deliver high-quality care to our patients.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior CBT Therapist to join our team and contribute to the development and delivery of our CBT services. As a Senior Therapist, you will be responsible for leading a team of therapists, providing clinical supervision, and managing a small caseload of clients. You will also be involved in the development and implementation of our CBT services, including the design and delivery of training programs and the development of new initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of therapists and provide clinical supervision
  • Manage a small caseload of clients
  • Develop and implement CBT services, including training programs and new initiatives
  • Contribute to the development of our CBT services and ensure they are delivered to a high standard
  • Work closely with our team to deliver high-quality care to our patients
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

A Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or a related fieldAt least 3 years of experience working as a CBT Therapist, preferably in an IAPT serviceExperience of leading a team and providing clinical supervisionExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA commitment to delivering high-quality care to our patientsWhat We Offer
