We are seeking a skilled Facilities Assistant to join our specialist housing team at Clarence Park, Malvern. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of communal areas, facilities, and equipment to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake regular cleaning duties to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
  • Report any wellbeing or safeguarding concerns to the Retirement Housing Officer team.
  • Liaise with colleagues and residents to deliver a high-quality service.
  • Assist with event setup, delivery, and clear-up as required.
  • Report repairs to colleagues in a timely manner to ensure the safety of colleagues and residents.
Requirements
  • Experience in a cleaning or maintenance role would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures, including COSHH and PPE.
  • Customer-focused approach with the ability to show empathy.
  • Ability to deliver high standards and improve services.
  • Confidence using digital devices, ICT software, and systems.
  • An Enhanced DBS check is required for this role.
  • Full UK driving license.
