Inside Sales Executive

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Glen Callum Associates. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving new business development and managing existing accounts primarily via telephone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and initiate contact with new sales leads via telephone.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director to create and execute targeted sales campaigns.
  • Utilize sales expertise in a B2B environment to sell products rather than services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts to drive sales growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales expertise in a B2B environment, preferably in Chemicals, Lubricants, Additives, Industrial, Engineering, Manufacturing, Oils, or Coatings.
  • Strong research and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
