AES Compliance & Testing Ltd is a leading technical consultancy in the housebuilding and construction industry, specializing in air tightness testing and other on-site services.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Air Tightness Testing Engineer to join our team in the South West of England. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting air tightness tests in conjunction with building regulations, working with our clients to ensure compliance and providing expert advice on testing and certification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct air tightness tests in accordance with ATTMA level 1 qualification or equivalent
  • Travel to construction sites and existing buildings to conduct tests
  • Communicate clearly with colleagues and clients to ensure effective project delivery
  • Manage workload effectively and independently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our team, sharing knowledge and ideas to improve processes and services
  • Take a proactive approach to learning and development, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements
  • ATTMA level 1 qualification or equivalent
  • Full/clean driving license
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic
