We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Liaison to join our Mechanical division. If you are a skilled communicator with a keen eye for detail, this role is perfect for you. Come be a part of our growing Customer Services department and elevate your career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with customers and internal sales teams to ensure seamless communication
  • Prepare and manage quotations, tenders, and technical documents in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage customer orders and inquiries efficiently
  • Analyze and optimize margins on quotations
  • Collaborate with the Engineering department to review customer specifications
  • Ensure accuracy in contract reviews and quality assurance plans
  • Handle customer payment issues and purchase order acknowledgments
  • Expedite orders with internal departments when necessary
  • Participate in regular meetings to update customers on production and progress

Requirements:

  • Attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs, especially Excel
  • Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field is preferred
  • Technical aptitude for engineering drawings is desirable
  • Knowledge of Downhole Tools/Artificial Lift Systems is desirable
  • Experience with EFACS is desirable
