About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Development Representative to join our team at Workstreet. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of new business relationships and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to ensure we are their first choice for sales and service.
- Understand customer needs and provide solutions to meet their business requirements.
- Utilize CRM system to track customer interactions, update customer data, and identify new business opportunities.
- Manage site visits and post-action activities to drive additional sales opportunities.
- Provide software training to customers to enhance their experience and ensure they are getting the most out of our solutions.
- Actively develop customer relationships and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities through existing accounts and develop strategies to pursue them.
Requirements
- Sales administration or support experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
- Proficient in Office 365/Excel and ability to learn new skills quickly.
- Confident communicator with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive, organized, and great time and workload management skills to prioritize tasks and actions.
- Experience in the software industry is desirable but not essential.
