About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Development Representative to join our team at Workstreet. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of new business relationships and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to ensure we are their first choice for sales and service.
  • Understand customer needs and provide solutions to meet their business requirements.
  • Utilize CRM system to track customer interactions, update customer data, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage site visits and post-action activities to drive additional sales opportunities.
  • Provide software training to customers to enhance their experience and ensure they are getting the most out of our solutions.
  • Actively develop customer relationships and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities through existing accounts and develop strategies to pursue them.

Requirements

  • Sales administration or support experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Proficient in Office 365/Excel and ability to learn new skills quickly.
  • Confident communicator with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactive, organized, and great time and workload management skills to prioritize tasks and actions.
  • Experience in the software industry is desirable but not essential.
