Residential Property Solicitor / Legal Executive or Conveyancer

Job Summary:

Oculus Legal Group is seeking an exceptional Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our team in Warwickshire. As a key member of our Residential Property team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgages
  • Carry out lease extensions and auction transactions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and introducers
  • Ensure compliance with all internal and external audits
  • Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues to drive efficiency and excellence
  • Adhere to the firm's detailed policies and procedures
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and requirements

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in residential conveyancing, including complex transactions
  • Working knowledge of referral arrangements and compliance issues
  • Business development skills to drive growth and revenue
  • IT literacy with a willingness to adopt new systems and technologies
  • Experience in building relationships with clients and professionals
