About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Apprenticeship Tutor for Early Years and Teaching Assistants. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, mentoring, and supporting apprentices in the Early Years Education sector from level 2 to level 5 and the Teaching Assistant role.
Key Responsibilities- Assessment: Conduct skills reviews with apprentices and employers to identify gaps, develop and implement individualized training plans, maintain candidate records, and perform workplace observations.
- Training: Create tailored action plans for candidates, deliver workplace training covering Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours, support English and Maths training, and provide tutorial support on various topics.
- Coordination and Support: Monitor candidate progress, support portfolio completion and assessments, record and report on Additional Learning Support, and provide apprenticeship program information to employers and employees.
- Administration: Complete documentation for signing up new candidates and tracking their progress, maintain records of candidate progress against targets, and document employer visits, candidate reviews, assessment visits, and other appointments.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in the subject area, up-to-date industry knowledge, and experience of working with employers in a training or customer relations role.
