Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist role is required, experience in a veterinary setting is advantageous
  • Ability to remain composed in challenging and emotional situations
  • Strong communication skills with a high level of empathy
  • Proven customer service experience and ability to interact effectively with the public
  • Positive demeanor and strong collaborative skills
  • Competence in Microsoft Office and familiarity with database management systems
