About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join our team at our brand-new Electric Vehicle Driver Hub in West Drayton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for repairing, servicing, and maintaining our fleet of vehicles, including VW Sharans, Mercedes Benz, Ford Galaxys, and Volkswagen ID4.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles to manufacturer standards
  • Diagnose and repair faults using diagnostic equipment
  • Replace clutches, timing belts, and engines as required
  • Provide advice to drivers on repairs and maintenance
  • Conduct basic administration tasks

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar workshop or repair centre environment
  • Relevant vehicle maintenance qualification (at least NVQ Level 2 or upwards)
  • Experience with diagnostic fault-finding equipment advantageous
  • Own tools for general servicing and repairs
  • Driver's licence

Personal Characteristics:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexible and able to work as part of a team
