Content Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Content & Outreach Strategist to join our team at Charterhouse Recruitment Services. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that drives business growth and engagement.
About the Role:- Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our business objectives and resonates with our target audience.
- Collaborate with our SEO team to ensure content is optimized for search engines and drives relevant traffic to our website.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and partners to secure high-quality backlinks and promote our brand.
- Provide SEO support to our business, including data analysis and insights using GA4.
- Produce engaging content plans and identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Work closely with our wider team to identify opportunities for PR outreach and produce high-quality content for this.
- Create content briefs for our in-house Copywriter and provide support when required.
- Assist our SEO team with content audits and provide performance reports to the wider team.
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in content strategy and link building.
- Excellent link building experience and a deep understanding of SEO best practices.
- Experience with using AHREFS, Semrush, Majestic, or similar tools.
- Experience with WordPress or similar content management systems.
- Excellent grammar and spelling skills, with the ability to produce high-quality content.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- A competitive salary of £30,000 per annum.
- Remote working options, with the requirement to attend the office once per month.
