About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our team at Nationwide Building Society. As a Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in providing data-driven insights to support business decisions and drive strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain complex data solutions using SAS, ensuring high-quality data and insights are delivered to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal customers to understand their analytical requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business performance measures, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders, using clear and concise language to communicate complex data insights.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in using Base SAS or Enterprise Guide, with a strong understanding of Macros and SQL.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
