Job Title: Country Manager - UK

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Country Manager to lead our UK operations and drive revenue growth for RTB House. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for executing our market strategy and overseeing the performance of our UK office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence in the UK.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales, finance, and operations professionals to ensure seamless execution of our business plan.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with our global executive team to align our UK operations with our company-wide strategy.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure optimal business performance.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and strategic alliances.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of industry experience, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
  • 10+ years of experience in direct sales, with a strong understanding of the online environment and e-commerce market in the UK.
  • 10+ years of team management experience, with a proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Business network and experience to present to C-level executives, with a strong understanding of the advertising ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of retargeting and RTB model, with a deep understanding of the e-commerce and online advertising market in the UK.
  • Demonstrable ability to forecast sales and build sales plans, with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to develop the business, with a strong ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Self-motivation, initiative, and high energy, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
