Position Overview:
Five Education Recruitment Limited is seeking a dedicated Teacher to work with a small group of secondary-age students diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This role involves supporting children who also face challenges with Speech and Language, as well as behavioral issues. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Autism-friendly teaching strategies and a passion for enhancing their educational approach.

Key Responsibilities:
The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering tailored lessons that accommodate the unique needs of each student. While teaching materials will be provided, we encourage creativity and personalization in lesson planning to ensure an engaging learning environment.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Proven classroom teaching experience.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK (a valid visa is required).
  • At least two recent references related to child-based work and relevant DBS/Police checks.
  • Experience in teaching or supporting individuals with Special Educational Needs (SEN), Autism, Complex Needs, or Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges is desirable.

Compensation:
The daily rate of pay is £120.00, with potential for higher earnings based on experience. We operate a PAYE payroll system, ensuring transparency with no hidden fees.
