Exceptional Sous Chef Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Sous Chef to join our talented team at a stunning country inn in Harrogate. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and creative Sous Chef to take on a new challenge and make a real impact on our menu and kitchen operations. You will be responsible for leading a team of junior chefs, managing kitchen operations, and contributing to the development of our award-winning menu.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of junior chefs to deliver high-quality dishes and exceptional customer service
  • Manage kitchen operations, including stock control, costings, and menu planning
  • Contribute to the development of our menu, using seasonal produce and creative techniques
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including HACCP and allergen procedures
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to achieve kitchen goals and objectives
