Job Title: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineering

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Manpower Group (UK). As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) as directed by the Senior Management Team to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
  • Monitor and measure performance and downtime to ensure machine utilization and availability meets production requirements.
  • Provide prompt engineering support for all factory activities, including monitoring and challenging response times.
  • Actively promote a safety culture and ensure engineering best practices are achieved within Health and Safety legislation.
  • Contribute to the delivery and maintenance of the Quality Policy (QR 2.2) of the Company.
  • Monitor contractors and external suppliers as directed by the Senior Management Team, ensuring performance standards are adhered to and contract issues are identified and addressed.
  • Carry out ad hoc projects/investigations as required, achieving specific performance objectives.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication within the team, including effective team briefings and a positive employee relations culture.
