As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the data strategy, managing the team, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

THE ROLE

As Data Engineering Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.
  • Leading a team of data engineers to design, build, and maintain scalable data platforms.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in leading data engineering teams and driving data strategy.
  • Strong technical skills in data engineering, including experience with cloud platforms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercial experience in owning the data strategy and platform at a large company.
