Job Summary:

Adecco is seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing small-scale construction projects, supporting tendering and client needs in a fast-paced, technical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tendering for subsoil removal and aggregate supply projects, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards.
  • Planning and organizing excavation and transportation of subsoil material, coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and end-facility receivers.
  • Providing quotes and technical support for tender submissions, utilizing industry knowledge and expertise.
  • Conducting waste classification based on WM3 criteria, including Hazwaste Online reporting, to ensure accurate and compliant waste management.
  • Producing material management plans (MMPs) to optimize project efficiency and minimize environmental impact.
  • Reviewing site investigation reports for commercial and compliance purposes, ensuring accurate and timely decision-making.

Desirable Skills:

  • Familiarity with environmental legislation and industry standards.
  • Experience with waste classification, asbestos awareness, and construction tendering.
  • Full clean driving license, with a valid driver's license.
