We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Customer Insights Analyst to join our team at Next. As a key member of our eCommerce Data department, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer-focused insights and developing actionable recommendations to enhance our customer strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Present complex analytical findings into clear, concise reports and presentations that communicate actionable recommendations to a range of audiences.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to support improvements to the customer experience.
  • Lead by example in adopting new tools, techniques, and methodologies to improve the team's analytical capabilities.
  • Mentor mid-level analysts, providing guidance on SQL best practices and general data analysis methodologies.
  • Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to help team members grow their technical skills.

About You

We are looking for someone with a strong understanding and experience of customer insight and segmentation, with great communication skills to present findings to various stakeholders internally and externally. You will have a proven track record of working with initiative and building great working relationships within the business.
