About the Role

We are seeking an experienced WordPress Developer with a strong background in Elementor to join our digital marketing business. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining our corporate WordPress builds using custom themes.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a family-feel business with a strong focus on open communication and client interaction. You will have the autonomy to make your mark on the company and contribute to a positive culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop visually appealing websites using Elementor and WordPress
  • Work closely with the Technical Director to ensure seamless integration with other development teams
  • Assume wider responsibilities for sites, including testing, SEO, Analytics, DNS management, UX, and client communication
  • Contribute to the development of a positive company culture and encourage open communication among team members
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of commercial development experience working on WordPress and ideally using Elementor
  • A strong design background and passion for creating visually appealing websites
  • Experience with DNS management, SEO best practices, and Google Analytics
  • Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles
  • Experience with other CMS platforms like WordPress (beyond Elementor), WIX, or Squarespace
