Voyage Care is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Team Leader to join our rehabilitation service in Ardwick, Manchester. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in leading our team and ensuring the highest quality of care for our service users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of care staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care services.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our service users.
- Conduct regular supervision and appraisal sessions with team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and support to perform their roles effectively.
- Collaborate with the service manager to ensure the smooth operation of the service and the achievement of business objectives.
- Ensure that all aspects of the service are compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a care or social work setting.
- Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or a related field.
- Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality care services.
