Prospect Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our Reading store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring high-quality patient care, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional patient care and service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
  • Lead and manage a team of pharmacists and support staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth, improve patient engagement, and increase market share.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care and support.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Requirements:
    • 2+ years of experience as a registered pharmacist with a strong background in pharmacy management.
    • Pharmacy First Trained, with a preference for Phlebotomy and Earwax removal experience.
    • Monday to Friday 08:00-18:00 work schedule.
