Moove Europe is a prominent supplier of automotive lubricants, oils, and chemicals across various regions. Our European operations are characterized by a dynamic and multicultural environment, with a diverse workforce.

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:


• Maintaining an accurate Sales Ledger, ensuring that customer payments are recorded promptly and correctly across multiple currencies.

• Managing the collection of overdue accounts, adhering to established credit control procedures.

• Engaging with customers via phone and email to follow up on outstanding invoices.

• Preparing and executing Direct Debit collections from clients.

• Addressing invoice discrepancies swiftly to prevent overdue accounts.

• Conducting weekly meetings with various departments to monitor payment timelines and manage overdue accounts effectively.

• Compiling and distributing aged debt reports internally and responding to inquiries for additional information.

• Supporting accounts payable functions, including vendor data management and compliance checks.

• Maintaining accurate customer master data records.

• Assisting in customer risk assessments, including the generation of credit reports and establishing new customer credit limits.

• Regularly reviewing and updating customer credit limits in accordance with internal processes.

• Preparing monthly reports for the Credit Insurance Company when necessary.

• Providing assistance to Sales Managers and Customer Service teams as needed.

• Monitoring held orders daily and obtaining necessary approvals for orders exceeding credit limits.

• Offering support to the finance department as required.

Essential skills for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:
