About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing & Communications Specialist to join our team at Niche Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our marketing function, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of a marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including lead generation and customer engagement.
- Create high-quality content for our website, social media, and internal communications.
- Oversee social media management and performance analysis.
- Coordinate SEO and SEM efforts with external partners to improve online visibility.
- Develop and implement targeted email marketing campaigns.
- Monitor marketing performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations and guidelines.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing communications or a related role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, SEO, and analytics.
- Excellent analytical and project management skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
