Healthcare Support Worker

Job Summary:
Care Outlook LTD is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team of care professionals. As a Care Assistant Professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.
About the Role:
- Assist clients with personal care, including washing, toileting, and dressing.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Observe, monitor, and record client progress and well-being.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Caring, reliable, patient, and compassionate attitude.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
