Service Technician III

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Service Technician III to join our team at General Services Corporation. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents and ensuring the maintenance of our properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide excellent customer service to our residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Repair and/or install all appliances and HVAC units as necessary to maintain a quality dwelling.
- Ensure compliance with all environmental and OSHA regulations and company policies.
- Perform other general maintenance tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- At least 3 years' experience in HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry, and electrical skills.
- EPA Certification (Type 2 or Universal).
- Experience with HVAC installation and troubleshooting.
- Apartment maintenance experience is a plus.
- Valid driver's license.
- Passing a criminal background check required.
- Ability to lift 100 lbs.
- Spanish language skills are a plus.
- Initiative and customer service skills.
