Service Technician III

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Technician III to join our team at General Services Corporation. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents and ensuring the maintenance of our properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete service requests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service to our residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Repair and/or install all appliances and HVAC units as necessary to maintain a quality dwelling, adhering to all environmental and OSHA regulations.
- Handle other general maintenance tickets as assigned, utilizing your skills and expertise to resolve issues efficiently.
Requirements
- At least 3 years' experience in HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry, and electrical skills, with a proven track record of success.
- EPA Certification (Type 2 or Universal) and HVAC installation experience.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.
- Apartment maintenance experience is a plus, as is proficiency in Spanish.
- A valid driver's license and ability to lift 100 lbs.
- Passing a criminal background check and pre-employment drug testing.
