Proposal Management Specialist

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating and managing the completion of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and addressing Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ) inquiries.
  • Gathering RFPs in alignment with sustainability strategies.
  • Enhancing and refining RFP workflows and the caliber of submissions.
  • Collaborating with various sectors of the Sustainability team, subject matter experts, and sales and relationship management teams to gather information and craft tailored responses.
  • Engaging with investment teams and other internal partners to understand client and prospect requirements.
  • Maintaining and updating the RFP database to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Essential Skills:

  • Experience with RFPs and DDQs in the financial sector, particularly in asset management, with a focus on sustainability.
  • Possession of an undergraduate degree in a relevant qualitative discipline.
  • Strong analytical skills coupled with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • A client-centric approach is crucial.
  • Team-oriented with a keen eye for detail.
  • A proactive attitude towards resolving challenges.
  • Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects with varying deadlines.
  • Adept at navigating complexities in the dynamic sustainability landscape.
  • Knowledge of sustainability-related regulations and overarching financial trends.
